Penguin Plunge fundraising!
I'll be plunging into the freezing cold waters of lake Champlain on Feb 5th, 2011 in Burlington, VT. It's for a good cause - Special Olympics. Any small donation would help tremendously.
Thanks for helping! Oh, and I'll be sure to post pics and video of my....uh...insanity.

So how did the plunging go Mega? Carolyn Baker loved Vermont so much she didn't last a year, how's your endurance to date? Think positive! It's only another 4 or 5 months until fall arrives!
ReplyDeleteHow I remember leaving cajun country, and suddenly the food was never spicy enough, the air always felt a little thin and cold, the family a little farther away. A tough place to get out of one's system, but if any frozen winter wasteland could it...it sure might be Vermont!
